Before Sir Philip Green sold BHS he started trialling little c-stores. Now, post-sale to Retail Acquisitions (for £1), those c-stores have become a central part of the turnaround being led by energetic CEO Darren Topp, with Booker as its supply partner. Every revamped BHS will have one (though the garish red and white scheme has been replaced with muted colours).
