With health and provenance top of the consumer agenda, Pret is now perfectly placed to tempt more through their doors at lunch. Candler has bulked up the vegetarian range with 40 new lines, added plenty of gluten-free options and thrown in veggie smoothies, too. That helped Pret open 33 new UK shops in 2014, with 12% of sales from these new options.
