From the age of 13, Seb Jones had helped his dad make beer and he was determined to set up a microbrewery in his native Morayshire after completing his chemistry degree at Aberdeen. With help from Moray’s Business Gateway, he spent 18 months researching the market and developing a business plan, securing a loan from the Princes’ Scottish Youth Business Trust to complete specialist training. within a year of launching its first cask bottled beers, his brewery now supplies around 100 businesses from Inverness to Cambridge and he’s won a clutch of awards for his entrepreneurial spirit.
