The December issue of Astronomy magazine on sale this week is full of images to be viewed in 3D with the special free 3D glasses bound into each copy. The issue contains images by three-dimensional images by photographer Akira Inaka. They include solar system and deep sky projects as well as images of Mars, sent from the Mars Global Surveyor, and pictures of Earth taken with the new orbiting Terra satellite.
