BakeMark UK has appointed Phil Carratt as new licensing manager, in response to increasing demand for licensed and branded bakery products.
In this newly created role, Carratt will work with brand owners to develop novel fresh bakery products for brand-conscious consumers, identify new opportunities and launch new products.
Carratt joins BakeMark UK, one of the largest suppliers of bakery ingredients and frozen speciality bakery products in the UK, from Princes Foods, where he was marketing manager. He has also worked in various FMCG marketing roles, including senior brand manager at Burtons Foods, where his responsibilities included Cadbury’s Fingers.
