Dairy Farm International Holdings, which operates 7-Eleven convenience stores and Cold Storage supermarkets, will pay HK$105m for a Hong Kong retail chain.
Dairy Farm is purchasing 87 Daily Stop outlets, located in subway and railway stations and housing estates, and it plans to turn them into 7-Eleven outlets, according to media reports.
