Danone scooped a brace of awards at this year's Food and Drink Federation (FDF) Community Partnership Awards.
The dairy giant grabbed a gold award in the culture, media & sport category for its Danone Nations Cup, a children's football world cup programme. Its Active Health Programme earned it another gold award in the workplace category, alongside PepsiCo UK & Ireland. General Mills UK Limited and Sainsbury won gold awards for their contributions in the education category, while Loch Fyne Oysters and Tate & Lyle won gold for their efforts in the local community category.
FDF director general Melanie Leech said: "I am truly amazed at the dedication of the food industry to community initiatives."
