KK Fine Foods has promoted John Gallagher from general manager to the newly created role of operations director and Colin Davis from sales manager to sales director.
Gallagher has taken on some of the responsibilities of MD
Leyla Edwards following a recent expansion of the company. He has been general manager for four years, prior to which he was operations director at Brakes for nine years.
The sales director role is also a new position because of the company’s expansion from a supplier of vegetarian frozen and chilled meals into meat, fish and poultry. A further 60,000 sq ft factory is planned for 2006.
Davis, who has also been with KK Fine Foods for four years, previously worked for Roberts Foods as its national account manager.
