Andrew Garden is to become vice president of Procter & Gamble's customer development in the UK, Eire and Nordic countries. He will take over from John Millen, who retires at the end of this month after more than 37 years with P&G. Garden has worked for P&G in the UK and in Ireland for 16 years, most recently as director with overall marketing and commercial responsibility for the personal, health and beauty business, which includes brands Max Factor and Head & Shoulders. His other roles at P&G have included marketing director for P&G's UK haircare business, sales director for health and beauty care, and director for P&G Ireland. Garden shares Millen's commitment to the IGD and will play an active role in the industry. {{PEOPLE MOVES }}
