Kwik Save has reshaped its operational field structure as it moves into the next phase of regeneration.
The discounter has consolidated operations from four to three regions.
John Pattison has moved from working on an internal project to become regional director for one of the three regions.
Regional directors Phil Davies and Howard Speck have left, while regional directors Chris McKendrick and Tim McDonnell retain their posts. The regional directors will report to Kwik Save retail director Mike Osmond, who said: "We are delivering change to Kwik Save at speed.
"We have many things we want to do, from introducing new product ranges, new systems and new ways of working to rolling out new concept stores of the future.
"This restructure was necessary to guarantee that we meet the demands of the business and our customers in a timely and effective manner."
