Capespan eyes India Capespan is so pleased with its customer response to lychees from China and Thailand, new sources of supply, that it is now looking at the potential offered by India. The former arrives in June and July, following the South African and Madagascan winter seasons. The new packhouse at Sheerness Docks is now prepacking 250g and 500g bags for the multiples. Capespan has also developed mango sales from Guatemala. It expects to import more than 100,000 cartons of Kent, Tommy Atkins and Keitt from all sources this year including South Africa and year-round from Brazil. {{FRESH PRODUCE }}
