Rob Morgan, marketing director of Golden Wonder, has left the company. A spokesman said that Morgan had left to take up a consultancy role in the City.
Morgan joined Golden Wonder in November 2003 and headed the consumer marketing programme. Prior to Golden Wonder, Morgan was worldwide director of marketing at Boots Healthcare International.
He also worked for eight years at Kellogg, of which four were as marketing director.
Golden Wonder said that as a result of Morgan’s departure the marketing department would be restructured. It has appointed Loretta MacFarlane as marketing controller and Rashid Khan as brand manager. MacFarlane joins from Tayto Northern Ireland. Khan has held a number of marketing roles, including at Burtons Foods.
