Scottish chilled foods company McIntosh of Dyce has added to its senior management team as it prepares to recruit 100 more staff to build the business. Former director of operations Sandy McDougall, who helped set up the company more than 10 years ago, is now md. Mima MacKenzie moves into the newly created position of sales and marketing director, with responsibility for managing product launches, including 17 own label pies. David Kilshaw, former chairman and founder of the ready meals, pies, savoury pastries and sausages company, takes a non-executive position on the board.
