What's your favourite

restaurant? Langan's Brasserie in Stratton Street, London. It's maintained a

Have you ever sent back or complained about a meal?

In a restaurant in Singapore I returned the duck's neck as it had black tar on it. I received another neck, suitably tarred!

tipple? Glenfiddich 15 Year Old Solera. I like to mix it with Disaronno to make the classic Godfather cocktail.

What's your fantasy car and what do you actually drive?

Aston Martin... but I actually drive a Volvo S80. And yes, I've got the clip-up driving gloves and rug in the boot!

What has been you most embarrassing moment of your professional life?

Addressing a conference,

knowing my trousers had split on the way to the lectern.

What was the last film you went to see at the cinema?

'Madagascar' with the kids - it was very good. It's great when the animals take over.

St Lucia - idyllic. The three S's: sand, sea and, yes, super rum!

What's your motto for life?

You can if you think you can - work hard, play hard.
