Position: director of sales, retail Company: Coors Brewers The job: Zutshi will take charge of sales through major multiples. Her appointment is the latest in a series of off-trade executive moves as Coors undergoes major restructuring. She replaces Kevin Brownsey who has become HR and communications director. She said: "The appointment represents a challenge for me ­ growing Coors' business in a major sector of the off-trade. The strategy will be to work with our retail partners to grow brands such as Carling, Grolsch and Reef. We want to adopt a category building approach to promotion and merchandising which has always been a key element of our business with the multiples." Background: Zutshi began her career as a management trainee at Safeway in 1987. She went on to become Safeway's restaurant development officer for the UK in 1989. In 1991 she joined Mars as a key account manager working with the multiples, progressing to trade marketing manager for grocery in 1993-1995. She became new business development manager, licence and leisure, for Walkers in 1995, then worked as a national account manager for Booker in 1997.
