GlaxoSmithKline is bringing out Eumobase, a concentrated rehydration cream specially formulated to moisturise dry, sensitive and itchy skin, including eczema and dermatitis. Available from early next month, two sizes have a premium price point.
The company claimed one in five people suffered from skin flare-ups and said there was a need for a cream with high moisturisation.

Beiersdorf is also tackling the issue of very dry skin with the launch of Eucerin Dry Skin spray moisturiser. Containing ingredients such as evening primrose oil and menthol, the new spray claims to address the causes of dry skin while helping to soothe itching. Free of fragrance, colourant and alcohol, it is suitable for adults and children.

Chocolate maker Bendicks (Mayfair) is expanding its Mingles mint chocolate brand into the Easter market with a new milk chocolate and honeycomb egg with a hint of mint. The egg is partnered by a bag of Mingles chocolates and retails at £4.99.
A heavyweight' four-week TV campaign for the brand starts on March 24.
