French bakery and patisserie manufacturer Délifrance UK has announced the promotion of its quality manager Anne-Claire Tisserand to operations manager as the brand moves into the retail sector.
Tisserand takes over from Jim Parr, who has moved on to take up the supply chain director role at Mission Foods after three years with Délifrance UK.
Tisserand joined Délifrance after eight years at Dairy Crest where she rose to the position of technical manager.
Délifrance has just launched its first branded traditional French morning goods into retail and Tisserand will be heading an expanded team of 60 based at the company’s Wigston factory.
The company said expansion was in response to growing demand for its products.
