UDV's efforts to put some life back into its peach schnapps brand Archers got under way this month with a TV campaign on terrestrial and satellite channels and a cinema campaign which runs until the middle of June. This is part of a £6m investment in the brand this year and is in addition to the £10m launch package behind the premium packaged spirit extension Archers Aqua. This will be in store next week and advertised in the summer. The Archers schnapps ads target more sophisticated women. Brand manager Deborah Wakeham said: "We want to reawaken brand awareness with an up-to-date upbeat image." {{DRINKS }}
