Attic Futura's teen entertainment title, TV Hits! is re-launching from the issue on sale on July 9. The title will have a new look, new content and a new logo and be flagged up as the "only celebrity teen lifestyle magazine". Lara Wilkins, the magazine's publisher, said: "We believe now is the right time to build on what we've achieved over the past 13 years. The relaunch will make TV Hits! magazine unique within the teen entertainment sector." From the August issue, the magazine will pitch itself as Britain's only celebrity teen lifestyle magazine giving readers the news and gossip on stars from the world of pop, TV and film. Editor Nick Chalmers said the changes would focus on getting closer to the celebrities featured. "TV Hits! will be the mag where celebs open their hearts and share their most intimate secrets with the readers. We want the readers to feel as if the stars are their friends. So as well as talking about some of the toughest times of their lives, the stars will be inviting readers to nab their fashion and beauty know-how - and even solving reader problems in our advice pages." Attic Futura says some of the magazine's more successful elements will stay, such as posters of stars, competitions, free gifts, songwords and tunes that can download to a mobile phone. The August issue, on sale July 9, comes with a covermounted pair of striped flip-flops and contains a Gareth Gates poster. To promote the new look, Attic Futura will take TV Hits! out on the road at sampling exercises throughout the summer. In a further promotion, the logo will appear on the TV Hits! sponsored single of the week on MTV's Video Clash and nationwide radio ads on the Pepsi Chart Show will carry the message, TV Hits! has All the stars! All their secrets! All for you!" ************************************ ************************************* 4.
