Unilever has sold its western Europe frozen pizza and baguette business to German food giant Dr Oetker.
The company supplies retailers across Germany and Benelux, and has been bought for an undisclosed amount.
Dr Oetker, which in the UK manufactures Ristorante and Intermezzo pizza, produces frozen and ambient goods for the German market.
