Irish organic fish supplier Burren Smokehouse has secured a contract to supply its organic Irish wild salmon to Harrods’ deli counter.
The salmon went on sale in June, priced at £160/kg.
Burren already supplies the fish to Fortnum & Mason and Selfridges.
“This year is our 25th anniversary, and landing this contract with Harrods has been a great way for us to celebrate,” said Burren owner Birgitta Hedin-Curtin.
