Ready-to-cook meal kits brand Scratch is expanding its range with a recipe inspired by Vietnamese street food.
Rolling out to Waitrose and Ocado this month, Vietnamese Chicken Ga Kho Gung comprises caramel chicken with ginger, spring onion and vermicelli noodles (rsp: £3.99/single portion, £5.99/two-portion meal).
As with other Scratch meals, which are available at retailers including Sainsbury’s, Waitrose and Budgens, it has been created by Michelin-starred chef Michel Roux.
