Van Bulck Gluten Free Lager

Van Bulck extracts the gluten during brewing

A Belgian start-up is launching a range of beers that includes an organic gluten-free lager.

The 5.2% abv gluten-free lager from Van Bulck Belgian Organic Craft Beers was made by extracting the gluten during the brewery process, said founder Denis Renty.

The new range also features a white organic beer with orange and coriander (rsp: £3.50), and a wild fruit beer (rsp: £3.85).

Van Bulck is currently looking for a distributor.
