What was your first-ever job? As a researcher at the International Atomic Energy Agency. I was one of the authors of a publication looking into improving accuracy of radiology for health.

What’s been your worst job interview? I applied for a job in statistics and maths at a big firm. Very early, the interviewer said that he wanted to talk about the geopolitical situation in Zimbabwe and my insights on it. It turned out he was in the wrong room - what a panic!

What was the first music single you bought? I don’t often listen to music, but I confess I checked out Gangnam Style on YouTube.

How do you describe your job to your mates? I try to capture some of the goodness from the forest, put it in a bottle and make it available for everyone.

What’s the most rewarding part of your job? Thank you messages from happy people and seeing the amazed faces of people trying it out for the first time.

What’s your motto in life? Be bold or go home.

What’s the least rewarding part? Certainly dealing with Customs clearance. Do you know the difference between DAP and DDU?

What’s your nickname? Mowgli, because I spend a lot of time in the forest.

If you were allowed one dream perk what would it be? Having an hour-long massage every morning.

What’s your favourite film and why? Into the Wild. If only Christopher knew he could tap the trees around him and live off the sap.

What’s been the most embarrassing moment in your life? This is most definitely a secret.

Do you have any phobias? That people find out the answer to the previous question.

If you could pick a celebrity to join your staff who would it be and why? Bear Grylls, for obvious reasons.

If you could change one thing in grocery what would it be? All unhealthy drinks are replaced with Sibberi tree waters.

What luxury would you have on your desert island? Is a local Whole Foods Market too much to ask?

What animal best reflects your personality? I took the test, it says I am a rooster. Maybe I have spent too much time in France.
