France: Rosé Cider

The aptly named Rosé Cider (€3.25/£2.93) is an amalgamation of cider and rosé. It features an intense pink colour and fine bubbles, according to Cuvée Kerisac, which claims the drink is ideal as an aperitif or with dessert.

US: Red Hot Cinnamon Cocktail

Beer is perhaps one of the most unusual mixers for cocktails. Nevertheless, Bud Lite has expanded its range of Mixx Tails with a Premium Red Hot Cinnamon Apple Cocktail ($12.99/£9.04).

Japan: Alcohol Free Collagen Beer

This Alcohol-Free Collagen Beer (JPY118.00/95p) is made with 100% natural water and 2000mg collagen. Suntory says it is free from calories, sugar, purine and alcohol and retails in a 350ml can.

US: Agave Infused Beer

Oculto’s Blue Agave Infused Beer retails in a six pack ($8.99/£5.35) and the bottles have thermochromatic 'eyes' that change colour when the beer is chilled to the right temperature.

China: 8° Dry Beer

Tsingtao 8° Dry Beer (CNY3.60/38p) is made according to a traditional recipe, according to the brand, which says the beer is low in calories and sugar.

Poland: Cider with Raspberry Juice

Cider with Raspberry Juice (PLN17.11/£3.69) is a semi-sweet and sparkling drink produced from fresh, hand-selected cold-pressed Polish apples with raspberry juice. Unlike other fruit ciders, it is designed to be served hot or cold.

Canada: Cider with Tequila

Lager and lime is so over. It’s all about cider and lime now. Enter Cracked Apple’s latest innovation comprised of a tangy apple cider, a squeeze of lime and a splash of tequila (CAD 2.95/£1.90).

Norway: Milk Stout

Nitro America’s Stout (NOK 53.90/£5.36) is described as a super smooth drink with roasted and mocha flavours, according to Left Hand Brewing. It’s brewed on the banks of the mighty St Vrain in the Rocky Mountains before being shipped to Norway.

Germany: Cider with Alpine Herbs

This fruity and refreshing Cider with Alpine Herbs (€1.99/£1.79) is made from apples with a splash of lemon juice and natural vermouth flavour from the Alps.

Iran: Peach-Flavoured Pilsner

This non-alcoholic beer is a Parsi Peach-flavoured Pilsner (IRR14000.00/39p), which retails in a 330ml bottle available in Iran.
