UAE: Strawberry camel milk

Camelicious – the name of the creator (and also a rather apt description) of strawberry and chocolate flavoured camel milk. The 100% natural products are Halal certified and retail in a 250ml bottle for AED4.50 (£0.72).

France: Choc-chip spread

Good news for chocoholics – President has launched a spread with chocolate chips in (€2.19/£1.59). Said to be irresistible with bread at breakfast time, it can also be served with crepes, waffles, tarts, and a whole host of other baked goods.

Germany: Müllermilch

Guess the flavour! That’s the game Müller is playing in Germany with its latest range of milk drinks (€1.19/£0.86). Those who guess correctly are in with a chance of winning €1,000. Not for the faint-hearted though: we reported on the launch of a German curry wurst flavoured energy drink in March.

France: Tapas flavoured cheese cubes

Apéricube’s tapas flavoured processed cheese cubes are now available in a holiday edition. Each pack (€3.89/£2.82) contains 48 individually wrapped cubes in four flavours – chorizo, tomato-pepper, grilled prawn and goat’s cheese varieties.

Denmark: Protein drink

Tapping into the demand for high protein products, Arla has released a milk drink with blueberry flavour designed to help maintain and increase muscle mass. Recommended by Team Danmark, it has 22g of protein per 400ml bottle (DKK9.95/£0.86).

USA: Triple Zero Yoghurt

Oikos Triple Zero is possibly the perfect protein snack, according to Dannon, with zero fat, zero added sugar and zero artificial sweeteners. The blended non-fat Greek yoghurt ($4.88/£3.20) comes in a wide variety of flavours and packs 22g of protein per serving.

China: Reconstituted milk drink

Let's hope this product's appeal is lost in translation... Ki You Mi has launched a reconstituted milk drink for kids. The brightly-coloured 245ml can (CNY5.50/£0.52) features a cute cape-wearing cartoon. In case you're wondering, reconstituted milk is a blend of milk solids and water. Yummy.

USA: Tri-layer yoghurt

For those looking for a more wholesome yoghurt, the Oh My Yog! Gingered Pear Trilayer yoghurt ($1.49/£0.98) is made from a family recipe with layers of whole milk cream, yoghurt and fruit. It’s USDA organic certified and gluten free as well.

Spain: Roquefort cheese slices

Consumers can now enjoy the powerful yet delicate flavour of Roquefort without the hassle, according to Société, which has created Roquefort processed cheese slices. They’re available in a 150g pack (€1.75/£1.27) containing eight slices, perfect for creating an authentic Croque Monsieur.

USA: Balanced Breaks

Snacking just got more interesting thanks to the launch of Sargento’s Balanced Breaks, which is a medley of natural sharp white Cheddar cheese, sea salted cashews and golden raisins. It comes in a 4.5oz pack ($3.99/£2.61), containing 3 x 1.5oz snacks.
