Russian bakery brand Len & Grechka has made its UK debut thanks to a tie-up with DTC distributor Artisan Bread Organic.
It has rolled out its Fermented Buckwheat & Linseed Bread, which is billed as being high in protein, iron, B vitamins, antioxidants and fibre (rsp: £5.15/365g), with the distributor.
The loaf was “one of the healthiest breads in the world” and was “naturally gluten-free” as well as being suitable for vegans, it claimed.
