A new generation of suppliers is driving shoppers to freezers for healthier snacks. In 2023, two frozen chocolate-dipped fruit brands made their debut: Pukpip, which sells wonky, chocolate-coated bananas; and Hidden Fruits, which enrobes frozen British raspberries in Belgian chocolate.
