Forget spreading the love. Loving the spread is more accurate right now. The jams, spreads & honey sector is in 5.9% growth on volumes up 3.1% [Kantar Worldpanel 52 w/e 11 October 2015]. That’s worth a cool £25.8m.

The growth is all the more impressive given almost £150m was wiped off the bread market during the same period [The Grocer’s Top Products 2015] as white sliced continues to fall out of fashion. So what’s going on?
