Popcorn is a tiny part of the bagged snacks market, accounting for a little over 2% by volume. But it is outperforming the larger category. Overall volume sales of ready-to-eat popcorn are up 3.2%, while volumes across the total category are up just 0.6% [Worldpanel 52 w/e 25 January 2026].
