The new sites will have the Crussh Fit Food & Juice Bars classic menu

Juice specialist Crussh has launched a franchise partnership with travel hub operator SSP to extend across transport sites in the UK and Europe over the next few years.

Located at London Paddington station, the first site is due to open next month.

Discussions are already underway regarding additional locations.

The new sites will have the Crussh Fit Food & Juice Bars classic menu, offering a range of smoothies, freshly made juices, organic coffee, hot food, salad and wraps.

It follows a busy year for the company. In June, Sainsbury’s opened its first Crussh concession in its Pimlico store, while Holland & Barrett opened a Crussh Fit Food & Juice Bar concession in its flagship Oxford Street store last August.

“We are hugely excited about working with SSP given their expertise and excellent track record and the opportunity to bring our brand of healthy fit food-to-go into travel rail and air locations for the first time,” said Crussh CEO Shane Kavanagh. “Paddington is the perfect place to start, and we can’t wait to get going.

“The last 18 months have seen us refresh the brand, develop new store formats and refurbish much of our high street estate, as well as begin some exciting partnerships with Sainsbury’s, Everyone Active and Debenhams. It’s our 20th year, and this deal is the perfect way to mark the occasion.”

SSP UK CEO Simon Smith added: “One of the ways we delight rail and air passengers across the world, is by working with some of the most innovative and on-trend brands. Crussh definitely falls into that category, and it will be the ideal complement to the mix of brands at Paddington. We have been instrumental in introducing some great names to the travel environment, and we are thrilled to be adding Crussh to our portfolio.”
