The column I write for this magazine is a form of privilege. That’s a microphone not everyone is handed, and I’m grateful for it. But I’ve often avoided writing about my own privilege, says Dan Crossley, executive director of the Food Ethics Council

The food sector has a privilege problem. And I’m part of it. Gloating about privilege won’t help, but hiding it won’t help either.
