You know what it’s like: you’re slumped on the sofa with your partner, watching a nature doc with some snacks… and a trio of animals burst through the screen and start rapping.
The ‘Woodland Clan’ – an obnoxiously dressed, irritatingly loud squirrel, badger and hedgehog – immediately start spitting rhymes about the couple and the KP treats they’re enjoying: “Tash taking bites with signature precision/Billy poppin’ nuts like he’s on a mission.” Surprisingly, the musical vermin aren’t shooed away with a broom: Tash and Billy simply vibe along, not even pausing to check their bag of nuts for hallucinogens.
Well, it’s certainly attention-grabbing and memorable. But the new Signature cashews, which come in premium Smoked Chilli & Red Pepper and Sea Salt & Rosemary variants, seem like they need something posher. A woodland string quartet, maybe?
