Xpress Retail Services, a fledgling symbol group set up by Colchester based Today's wholesaler AC Ward, received a major boost this month with the appointment of two executives from Palmer & Harvey McLane. P&H regional symbol development manager Peter Downes and regional symbol new business manager Ian Brace have left the delivered wholesaler to join a new management team dedicated to the new Xpress format.
