In 2008 we won five awards at the Food Manufacture Awards, including Company of the Year and the award for People Development for our Lean Leadership Academy. We have also won a number of awards across our businesses including The Grocer Own-Label Supplier of the Year in four categories over the past two years. Many of our products have been recognised in The Grocer Own Label Food and Drinks Awards.
What's your proudest achievement over the last 12 months? I am particularly proud of the business transformation the group has been through. Greencore has emerged as a strong, focused convenience foods business during a difficult economic time.
What is the most challenging HR issue that you're dealing with? We are about to launch a new electronic performance management system, which will enhance the process and speed up feedback.
