Bestway’s symbol group Best-one is offering an additional rebate scheme to incentivise retailers to stock its core product range.
‘Core Rewards’ will give customers the chance to earn up to a 5% financial rebate on top of the existing ‘My Rewards’ rebate scheme it currently offers.
Bestway will identify a sample of products from its 2,000-strong core product range to be eligible for the additional rebate scheme each quarter.
In order to qualify, retailers must purchase 75% of the Core Rewards range, which for this quarter consists of 232 products.
The key lines included in the promotional range will be selected based on the time of year with seasonal goods and will include NPD in a bid to drive sales across convenience stores.
The Core Rewards range spans categories relevant to convenience including soft drinks, crisps and snacks, confectionery, alcohol, grocery, chilled and non-food.
“Core Rewards is a new initiative which will help Best-one retailers to keep on top of a focused range in their stores to support sales growth,” said Best-one head of sales and development Paul Adams.
“With the launch of Core Rewards, not only are we helping retailers identify which products they should always stock, we have also secured investments to reward them for doing so. This demonstrates our commitment to helping independent retailers grow their businesses in line with changing market needs.”
