Müller is adding the first split-pot variant to its Müller Rice range.
Rolling out on 4 August, Müller Rice Remix comes in twin-packs in strawberry, plum and apricot flavours (rsp: £1.49).
The launch will be supported by a £5m media spend comprising outdoor activity and a new TV ad featuring rapping bear Tasty B, who will also make an appearance at August’s V Festival.
“Consumers want to indulge in creamy dairy rice and fruity fruit compote their way,” claimed marketing and R&D director Michael Inpong.
In June, Premier Foods launched ambient Ambrosia split-pot desserts that included a SKU with rice and a strawberry compote.
