Alpro has teamed up with Una Healy from the Saturdays for the latest phase of its consumer campaign.

The singer – who is married England rugby star Ben Foden – will promote the company’s “power of plant-based eating” message through a PR and communications campaign across print, online, social media and radio.

Alpro commercial director John Allaway said Healy was the “perfect ambassador” for the brand.

“She is a genuine Alpro fan and offers a really mainstream appeal that fits well with our target audience of 25 to 35-year-old, health-conscious females,” he added.
