Champion: Ritter Sport Coffee Duo
Flipping the classic chocolate bar on its head, Ritter Sport’s Coffee Duo is a 218g ‘half and half’ format that combines two distinct flavours in a single block: coffee cream infused with Madagascan vanilla on one side, and cocoa cream with caramelised coffee bean crunch on the other.
Far from a novelty proposition, the Duo bar has proved a commercial hit since it launched in 2024 and is now the fourth strongest-performing product in Ritter Sport’s portfolio by value rate of sale. That didn’t surprise our judges, who felt this was a “really unique innovation” that “tasted amazing with surprising textures and a delightful coffee flavour”.
