This addition to healthy QSR chain Leon’s ever-expanding grocery range proved a universal hit with our judges. Coming off the back of the brand’s highly popular gluten-free chicken nuggets, these gluten-free Chicken Thigh Burgers were first made available in restaurants last year before landing on supermarket shelves in March.

Boasting 100% chicken thigh coated in a gluten-free crumb, our judges praised a “crispy, crunchy coating with good mouthfeel and a soft, moist chicken interior”. And at only £5 for 460g they couldn’t speak highly enough of the “amazing value” either. One judge summed it up thus: “Great value, great crunch, great taste.”
