Champion: Choc Amor Orange Jalfrezi Chocolate
Surprisingly few premium chocolate brands take flavour as their primary product selling point, found York-based chocolate maker Choc Amor, an insight that fed directly into the creation of their latest artisan selection. Each bite of their Orange Jalfrezi Chocolate, made with single origin 41% Colombian milk chocolate, is designed to deliver a new layer of flavour: first, rich chocolate orange, followed by high notes of toasted cardamom, then a little heat from ginger before the ‘surprising sweetness’ of pink Himalayan salt.
