Champion: Blanco Niño Meaty Asado White Corn Tortilla Chips
Inspired by the north Mexican asado (culinary) tradition of grilling meat and vegetables over flame on charcoal grills to create a deep, smoky richness, these artisan White Corn Tortilla Chips have a “punchy, deep and meaty flavour” combining smoky blackened beef and zesty lime.
Accompanied by premium packaging, which carefully conveys the product’s authentic Mexican roots, these crisps are an “excellent product”, agreed our judges. As one summed up: “The flavour is absolutely delicious and authentic - almost like it’s straight off a barbecue. The packaging design is beautiful and perfectly aligns with the product, and I love the strong storytelling. Overall, this is a fantastic product.”
