Unitas Wholesale has appointed Andy Stubley to a newly created role of licensed strategy manager.
Stubley will join Unitas on 28 November and will form a key part of the business’ trading team.
He will be responsible for the development of the group’s licensed strategy and will predominantly focus on the development of the Unitas trade strategy.
Stubley has over 30 years of experience in the licensed sector, beginning his career at brewing company Scottish & Newcastle before starting his own off-licence and convenience chain in Lincolnshire, specialising in malt whisky, wine and ales.
Most recently, he held the position of spirits category manager at Booker.

“Andy will be an excellent addition to our business and has the skills and experience we are looking for to develop our licensed offer and specifically our on-trade strategy.”
