Aston Manor has poured its craft cider brand Friels into a mini-keg format
The five-litre Friels First Press Vintage Cider keg has already achieved a listing in Morrisons, which has revamped its BWS aisles (rsp: £16/7.4% abv). The “highly-shareable” format would capitalise on the upcoming summer barbecue and outdoor party season, said Aston Manor.
Sales and marketing director Glen Friel added: “We recognise that provenance and quality are really important to consumers, and in Friels First Press Vintage we have a cider that delivers exactly what they are looking for.”
The brand was “focused on its premium offer” and had plans to add further developments over the coming year, he said.
