Empire Bespoke Foods has expanded its Marshmallow Fluff spreads brand with a caramel flavour.
The new Caramel Marshmallow Fluff joins the existing original and strawberry-flavoured spreads on shelf this week (rsp: £1.99/213g). Like its stablemates, the latest variant contains no fat, is gluten-free and suitable for vegetarians.
The flavour would build on the US brand’s “already strong and loyal” UK following, said marketing manager Nina Prabhu, adding the food distributor and importer was confident it would “find its place at the top of a competitive spreads category”.
Brands in Empire Bespoke Foods’ portfolio include Thai Taste, Malay Taste, Duo Penotti, Madécasse, Nem Viet, No-No Flatbreads and Mrs Elwood’s Pickles.
