Ginsters is looking to liven up its offering with two new globally inspired limited-edition flavours.
Chicken Balti Pasty and Spicy Meatball Slice will debut on 30 December priced £1.99.
Containing 100% British chicken marinated in a spicy balti sauce, the pasty will also feature potato, onions and peppers.
The meatball slice will consist of 100% British pork and beef meatballs with onions and mozzarella in a spicy sauce and will also be wrapped in light puff pastry.
“Following the success of the limited edition pulled pork slice, which generated a double-digit percentage sales uplift in the impulse sector, we expect the two new limited edition flavours to perform exceptionally well during the winter months when consumers tend to look for warming, spicier options,” said Linda Evans, sales and marketing director.
