Gü has added a trio of mousses.
Milk Chocolate Mousse with Ganache, Dark Chocolate Mousse with Guérande Salted Caramel and Dark Chocolate Mousse with Ganache are packed in glass ramekins.
In each, the mousse tops a layer of caramel or ganache.
The recipes were developed by Gü’s head chef Fred Ponnavoy, using an authentic French recipe to achieve a “rich, indulgent, sticky texture”.
The treats have rolled into Morrisons, with wider distribution planned from April (rsp: £3.30/2x70g).
Gü marketing controller Amy Heap called them “a delicious new addition to the Gü family, with more than half of consumers who tried the product claiming that they think these are worth paying more for than the chilled dessert they currently buy”.
