The cocktails come in 330ml cans rather than the 250ml cans typical of the RTD category

That Boutique-y Drinks Company is moving its gin brand into RTDs with its own range of canned craft cocktails.

That Boutique-y Gin Company will launch five cocktails – Moonshot Gin with Citrus Tonic, Spit-Roasted Pineapple Gin Mule, Cherry Gin & Craft Cola, Strawberry & Balsamico Gin Fizz and Squeezed Yuzu Gin Collins – this summer, packaged in 330ml cans rather than typical 250ml RTD cans (4.5%-7.5% abv).

The brand said it was ”embracing an approach to the RTD category more akin to craft brewing and plan to keep the range continuously evolving, with future variants, one-off batches, collaborations and seasonal lines in the pipeline”.

Indeed, its sister businesses, That Boutique-y Whisky Company and the recently launched That Boutique-y Rum Company, will feature in later releases as the range expands.

“We’ve embraced the true Boutique-y style at its boldest, moving away from the traditional gin in a tin look and feel. We’ve taken inspiration from our Boutique-y labels to create something that’s really eye-catching,” said Selina Raggett, global brand manager at That Boutique-y Gin Company.

“We want more people to have access to interesting drinks in more places. We know that drinkers are looking for increasingly exciting and sophisticated flavour combinations, and that putting these in cans will allow retailers to satisfy the demands of convenience and ease of service without compromising on flavour.”
