Danone is expanding its Volvic Touch of Fruit Sparkling range with a 500ml format of its two bestselling flavours.
Rolling out next month, the on-the-go strawberry & raspberry and lemon & lime duo join the existing sparkling 920ml sharing bottle launched in January this year (rsp: 95p).
The drinks will benefit from a £2m push earmarked for the Volvic Touch of Fruit portfolio that will kick off in May next year and comprise TV, outdoor and digital.
“Volvic Touch of Fruit Sparkling has performed well this year, tapping more enjoyable, natural need states,” said Volvic senior brand manager Tom Hickton.
Current sales of Touch of Fruit Sparkling are £3.5m [Nielsen YTD 7 November 2015]. When it launched the range in January, Danone said it was targeting sales of £25m in the first two two years.
