2 Sisters Food Group has announced that Ian Fletcher will take over the leadership of its Meal Solutions business.
Fletcher joined 2 Sisters in 2023, bringing a wealth of UK and international food manufacturing, operations and retail experience including senior leadership roles at Amazon, Tesco, Samworth Brothers and Cargill.
He will be responsible for the division, which makes a range of ready meals, pizzas, soups, sauces and bakery products for retailers including M&S and Co-op.
“I’m delighted that we have been able to make this appointment from within the group,” said Ranjit Singh, founder and president of 2 Sisters Food Group. “It’s testament to the outstanding experience and talent we are building in our senior leadership team.
Singh added that Fletcher would enable the business to be “well prepared for challenges and opportunities ahead” and that his experience would support the company’s growth plans for the division.
